On June 9, 2026, Judge William C. Griesbach appointed TCL to the Executive Committee in In re Fire Apparatus Antitrust Litigation, 26-MD-3179 (E.D. Wisc.). In this role, TCL will work with lead counsel to help spearhead this litigation, where a proposed class of indirect purchasers (e.g., cities and towns) allege that the defendants conspired to inflate the price of firetrucks, which in turn forced these municipalities to overpay for this life-saving equipment.
