    As court-appointed executive-committee members, we represent a proposed class of Amazon Photos users seeking recovery from Amazon for allegedly violating Illinois’s Biometric Information Privacy Act by using facial-recognition technology to improperly collect and utilize putative class members’ biometric data.

  • Serra v. New England Patriots LLC. (D. Mass.)

    In a recently settled case, we represented a class of consumers who used the Patriots mobile-phone application. Plaintiffs alleged that they had their privacy invaded when their personal-identifying information and watch histories were recorded and forwarded to third parties through the Anvato and Rover APIs.
