TCL serves as lead counsel in McGrath v. Suffolk County, et al., challenging the County’s imposition of a $30 administrative fee added to red-light camera violation fines since April 1, 2013. Under the proposed settlement agreement, Defendants will pay up to $45,000,000 to provide cash payments to eligible settlement class members who file valid claims. The Court will hold a final approval hearing on December 8, 2026.
