Miles Greaves currently represents consumers in a number of antitrust and consumer-protection class actions throughout the country. He currently represents payors—and his firm is co-lead counsel—in In re Copaxone Antitrust Litigation (D.N.J.), which alleges that one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers blocked patient access to less expensive multiple-sclerosis medication; he was responsible for the day-to-day case management in the recently settled Hasemann v. Gerber Products Co. (E.D.N.Y.), which alleged that the defendant misleadingly marketed the allergenic properties of its infant formula; and he represents classes in McGrath v. Suffolk County (N.Y. Sup. Ct.) and Guthart v. Nassau County (N.Y. Sup. Ct.), which successfully challenged the constitutionality of excessive red-light-camera fees. Mr. Greaves also represents the class in Simon & Simon, PC v. Align Tech., Inc. (N.D. Cal.), which alleges that the defendant illegally monopolized the market for clear dental aligners, and he’s actively involved in In re Amitiza Antitrust Litigation (D. Mass.) and In re Effexor XR Antitrust Litigation (D.N.J.), both of which allege that the defendant effectively bribed its competitors into staying out of certain pharmaceutical markets.

In addition to these ongoing actions, Mr. Greaves has represented classes in a number of successfully resolved cases. This includes In re Glumetza Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Ca.), which resulted in one of the largest settlements of its kind, as well as In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Ill.); In re Suboxone (Buprenorphine Hydrochloride and Naloxone) Antitrust Litigation (E.D. Pa.); and In re Loestrin 24 FE Antitrust Litigation (D.R.I.), among many others.

Mr. Greaves graduated summa cum laude with honors from the State University of New York at Albany in 2004, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2012. Mr. Greaves is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
