In re National Arbitration Forum Trade Practices Litigation, 09-cv-01939 (D. Minn.)

We represented persons who were compelled by credit card issuers to arbitrate credit card payment disputes. The plaintiffs alleged that the arbitration process was skewed in favor of credit card issuers because arbitrators had conflicts of interest. A settlement was reached resulting in a permanent injunction that requires NAF to stop certain activities that violate federal and state consumer protection laws.
